Before you start
Check which loyalty capabilities are active for your shop and storefront. Prepare understandable participation and benefit conditions.
A recognisable example
DYMR wants to recognise returning customers. The owner checks how a benefit is earned, shown and used before promoting it.
Step by step
- Open Customer programmes and inspect an existing programme or prepare a new one with the available editor.
- Review eligibility, earning or benefit rules, limits and validity. Check how returns or changes affect the supported programme.
- Inspect the programme from a relevant customer record and test the customer-facing experience with an authorised test account.
- Publish or activate only through the available confirmed flow. Check the visible result and handle customer questions from their actual recorded history.
What you should see
You have a programme with a clear promise. A programme record does not establish that every wallet, payment or redemption capability is enabled on every shop.
If it does not work
A benefit is not visible or usable? Check eligibility, programme state, expiry and frontend support. Do not manually promise credit from a marketing description; investigate the actual customer record and confirmed rules.
Menu names and available actions depend on your app language, permissions and connected shop. Screens show the real Daymerce interface with fictional DYMR data; original screen labels are preserved.
