Before you start
You need permission to manage the team. Available places and roles depend on the organisation and its configured access.
A recognisable example
DYMR gives its packing colleague access to orders, while the person preparing campaigns receives the permissions needed for that work.
Step by step
- Open Manage, then Team & access. Review existing team members and open invitations before adding somebody.
- Choose Invite team member. Enter the colleague's own email address and select the role that matches their work.
- Review the invitation and confirm it. Check the invitations list; an invitation is not the same as an accepted membership.
- Review permissions when responsibilities change. Remove access for departing colleagues and inspect the log when you need to understand a change.
What you should see
People work under their own identities. A role may provide broad permissions, so check its scope instead of assuming that a job title limits access to one task.
If it does not work
An invitation appears to be missing? Check pending invitations and use the outcome check after an uncertain response. Do not send repeated invitations blindly. Ask an owner or administrator if your own permissions are insufficient.
Menu names and available actions depend on your app language, permissions and connected shop. Screens show the real Daymerce interface with fictional DYMR data; original screen labels are preserved.
